'In this video of mine, I am going to show you how to make goat lungs gravy. Its procedure is very easy at the same time it is very tasty. Take a look below at the preparation and try it out at home. First, fry and mix the ingredients in a rice cooker stated below: 1. Oil 2. Mustard seeds 3. Urad and channa daal 4. 1 dry red chilli 5. 1 Onion 6. Salt as per your taste 7. Crushed ginger garlic 8. Half a tomato 9. Quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder 10. 300 gm of mutton lungs 11. 2 glasses of water Mix them well and let it cook for 3-4 whistles. After 3-4 whistles, mix 3 tablespoons of fried gram powder with some powder and pour it into the curry. Then add some chilli powder, mix and our mutton lungs curry is ready. The lung of goats is very soft and easy to swallow by kids. It contains lot of protein and vitamins especially vitamin B12 which is essential for blood cell formation. it is very easy to prepare and good in taste.
